Internship Fields

Interns on dairy farms
The duties of a dairy farm intern include: feeding cattle; milking (2-3 times a day); taking care of calves; sometimes help in the field.
Interns on pig farms
The duties of an intern on a pig farm include: work in the farrowing room: automatic feeding of sows, observation, insemination of sows, care of piglets up to 7 kg (castration and their vaccination); work in the weaning sector (7-30 kg): automatic feeding, general vaccination, cleaning of the premises; work in the fattening sector (30-90 kg): automatic feeding, general observation, vaccination, cleaning of the room.
Interns on crop farms
The duties of a crop farm intern include: planting and watering seedlings; towing the bushes; arranging plants on tables; harvesting fruits and vegetables; packaging of flowers, vegetables, and fruits; work with special equipment.

Students participating in the program will receive a salary of 1,500 - 2,100 EUR/month, and have the opportunity to work overtime to increase their income.

Program Requirements

Program registration and participation process

Submit application
Students prepare English CV, photo and passport scan (all pages) and submit via Vera Academy registration system.

Online Interview
After submitting the application, students will participate in an online interview with the partner in Denmark.

Complete the application
Add necessary documents such as transcripts, English certificates (IELTS/A2), driver's license (if any).

Contract and apply for a visa
Contract with the internship site. The visa processing time usually takes 90 days.

Departure
Once the visa is issued, the student will book a flight and depart for Denmark to begin the internship program.

Cost of participation in the program

The participation fee will be specifically announced after students pass the interview round and sign the contract. For students who are not in their major or need additional support with their application, Vera Academy will provide detailed advice and guidance to ensure a smooth participation process.
